SERVICES
Below are our fees and general procedures for bill payment. We strive to make our transcription services of the highest quality in the quickest turnaround possible. As officers of the court, we are licensed to take and certify depositions and hearings. We also transcribe audio recordings and can record official minutes for other proceedings.
Fees

Lay witness page rate: $5.00 original/ $2.50 copy

Medical, 1442 depositions, and expert witnesses are $5.50 original/ $2.60 copy

Word index/condensed: $1 per page

Travel: .60 per mile

.25 page b/w exhibit copies, $1.00 per color copy

Hearings/meetings: $8.00 per page, $200 half day, $350 full day (4+ hours)

$25 per half hour before 8am or after 5pm

5% added when paying electronically

Laptop usage for conferencing or Zoom: $50 flat fee

$40 R&S fee to be billed to taking attorney, regardless of length, includes postage fees
Turnaround Time
We normally complete transcripts well within 10 business days, usually fewer than 5 business days for depositions under two hours.
Billing
Bills are payable and due upon receipt. We will have a copy of the bill delivered with the transcript. If you asked for electronic only then a bill will be emailed.
